Our story

  1. 1968Fourteen adults, one youth and four ministers met at the Orange Garden Community Building in Kissimmee. That meeting became First Church of God.
  2. 1998Rev. Whitfield D. Blenman became pastor and led the church into growth, opening our current sanctuary in 2006.
  3. 2019Rev. Dr. Matthew and Lady Rhesa Quainoo became lead pastors. Attendance doubled under their leadership.
  4. 2024Rev. Tim and Lady Jill Quainoo now lead Solid Rock into its next chapter. You are part of the future God is building.

Where it leads

Week 3 helps you work out how God has wired you. Week 4 turns that into something real: you choose up to 3 ministry teams, and a leader from each one reaches out that week.

You are not signing a commitment. You are starting a conversation with people who have been waiting to meet you.
